Hello!

Book Arts Roadshow provides hands-on book arts instruction to children, teens, families, adults, and educators at museums, libraries, schools and other venues. Book Arts Roadshow is always on-the-go!

Here’s what we do:

• We provide Book Arts instruction for for teachers and students thru schools, school libraries and school districts.

• We also offer and hands-on Book Arts learning experiences for seniors/adults, teens, ‘tweens and children thru public libraries, museums, and other organizations.

Additionally, here’s a selection of some special activities we’re proud to be a part of:

• We have partnered with San Mateo County Libraries for over 5 years in a row to provide Book Arts workshops that are available to adults at all of the branches throughout San Mateo County. This free-to-participate series is made possible by San Mateo County Libraries.

• We’ve partnered with Contemporary Jewish Museum for six years in a row to offer Bookmaking Workshop for K-12 Educators of the San Francisco Unified School District and other San Francisco schools in preparation for the annual Ezra Jack Keats Bookmaking Competition. This free-to-participate series is made possible thru a grant from the Ezra Jack Kets Foundation.

• We’ve partnered with San Franciso Public Library to create a series of 6 “Make + Do” Bookmaking Videos for Kids & Families.. To watch, click on the button below (or go to San Francisco Public Library’s YouTube Channel and search for “Book Arts Roadshow”). This series is made possible by the Friends of SF Public Library.

Some things we also offer:

• We also offer bookmaking Team Builder Workshops for corporate groups of any size.

• Our Private Bookmaking Parties are a great way to get together with friends and family while learning how to make books. We provide the fun, lively bookmaking instruction!
